Mirror is used in every family, the most common used mirror is silver mirror, aluminium mirror, copper free mirror. Now days with the development of customers, new LED smart mirror is developed to meet the high end requirement of hotels, houses, villas.

LED mirror or LED smart mirror component:

1. Mirror:  The perfect mirror used is copper free mirror, 5mm is enough to meet daily requirement. Round corners and straight corners are used according to the final shape of mirrors. Mirror colors, clear mirror, bronze mirror, gray mirror, any color is OK based on clients’ different requirement.
2. To ensure safety, CAT II safety film is used to prevent people from injury.
3. LED lights: Led color from 3000K to 6500K,  4.8W/M,  with 7-8Lm , IP65 or 66 waterproof performance.

According to the final design of mirrors, the LED lights can be hidden behind the mirror, the light will diffused from the mirror sides and back. If aluminium     frames are used, factories have to remove some paint of the mirror, and the LED light will transmitted the mirror. The visible mirror shape is optional, we offer a variety of shapes for clients.

4. The On-off touch on mirror front. This is the basic function, despite on-off, there’re more mirror functions, such as showing time,showing temperature, anti-fog function and even clients can have blue tooth and  play videos and transfer the mirror into display screen, it depend on customers requirement.

5.  Plugs & transformers. The LED lights are usually 12V, the transformer will transfer the electric power from 120V or 220V to 12V.

Some clients may require the mirror back, transformers to be covered with aluminium coverage.  But this is not necessary, after installation, the mirror back won’t be visible, and the coverage won’t help much in prolonging the mirror lifetime.

6.  Anti fog film:The anti fog film is stick on mirror back, the mirror is usually installed in the washroom,after showering, the mirror is easy to get condensation and affect the visual effect, the anti fog film will solver  the problem and ensure clean and perfect surface. This is optional function.

7.  Aluminium frame. This is optional, the aluminium profiles used are very slim with extremely small visible area, which ensure the largest visible mirror area. There’re hangers on frame to help clients installing the mirror easy and safe.

8.  Packaging. Different from normal mirrors, the LED mirror include some electric component which require safety packing. We usually use carton packaging, piece by piece to ensure the mirror safety during transportation and logistics.
