Low E double glazed energy-saving glass is a product that uses one or two pieces of Low E glass. It can reduce heat transfer and increase the energy-saving effect.

Double glazed glass is made up of two pieces or several pieces of glass which is bonded with an aluminium frame with desiccant in it in order to dry the air, and then it is secondary sealed with silicone sealant.

The thermal protection coating serves to reduce energy loss from thermal radiation, which is why this layer is also referred to as a Low-E layer.

Silver has become established as the most common coating, as it has not only extremely low emissivity but also high great color neutrality and light transmission. Thermal insulating glass is therefore almost indistinguishable from the uncoated insulating glass with the naked eye.
