LETEL Blue Laminated Glass is produced with double clear float glass and ocean blue PVB film, you can find it through the edge of this glass. It has beautiful color for decoration. The thicknees of glass can be from 2mm to 12mm, thickness of PVB film are: 0.38mm and 0.76mm. Size of glass are: 2440×1830, 3300×2134, 3050×2134, 3300×2250 etc standard size or any special size as you need.

The viscoelastic PVB film is characterized by good adherence to glass, high tear strength, and high transparency and resistance to light. The nominal thickness of PVB film is 0.38mm but it can be made many times that thickness if requested. Hence nominal thickness of 0.38mm, 0.76mm, 1.14mm, 1.52mm are available.

There are three steps to produce laminated glass.

1. A preliminary lamination between the glass and the film is produced in a clean room.
2. The glass and film pass through the preliminary laminating oven in which the temperature and the pressure of the rollers increase the adherence of the glass and the film.
3. The final laminate is created in an autoclave under high pressure and intense heat. Only then does the previously cloudy film obtain its high transparency.

Colored Laminated Safety Glass is often used today instead of body tinted glass made with colored paste. Rather than treating the glass itself, the color is introduced by means of colored films glued between two layers of glass.

A composite of glass, film, and glass behaves like traditional laminated safety glass, since PVB is used as the raw material for the extruded color films. Hence it is possible to generate more than a thousand transparent, translucent, and opaque colors from eleven basic colors.
